Statesboro Anglican Mission
A mission of the ACNA, Gulf Atlantic Diocese,
in partnership with Christ Church Anglican, Savannah, Georgia
Christ Church Anglican, Savannah, has partnered with the Gulf Atlantic Diocese to plant a new church in Statesboro, Georgia! The Statesboro Anglican Mission, begun as a small home group under the guidance of the Rev. Marc Robertson in 2016, has grown into a small community of faith that meets regularly for worship, study, fellowship and prayer.
Join us as we seek the Lord for a new expression of His church here in the Boro! We meet weekly on Thursday evenings (in the home of one of its members) for fellowship, study, and prayer, and we meet on Sunday nights at 6:30 for worship at the home of Rev. Drew Miller. Please note, gatherings are postponed through April 2, at which point the state of the Coronavirus in Georgia will be reassessed by our leadership.
The Rev. Drew Miller serves the Statesboro Anglican Mission and would be happy to talk with you. Drew was raised in a Christian home, and first recognized the goodness of the Lord at a youth retreat in middle school. He sensed a call to formal pastoral ministry while studying at Furman University. After working several years for a church plant in downtown Charleston, he completed a Masters in Divinity from Trinity School for Ministry.
