All Day Shape Note Sing

An All-Day Shape Note Singing will be held in the nave of Christ Church Anglican, Saturday, March 28th. The singing will begin at 10 a.m. Dinner on the Grounds will be served at Noon. Local cooks are encouraged to bring food to share. Singing will resume from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m..  Please feel free to join in whenever you like.  You do not have to attend the entire signing to enjoy the event.

At 9 p.m. a special “Southern Harmony Compline Service” will be offered at CCA. This 30-minute observance will combine the traditional compline service with readings and music from the shapenote tradition.
