Who We Are
The Rev. Marcus B. Robertson
Marc was born in Gadsden, Alabama, where he grew up in the Episcopal Church. He received his B.A. degree from the College of William and Mary, with theological studies at St. Mary's Divinity School in St. Andrews, Scotland. He holds masters degrees from Westminster Theological Seminary and St. Luke's School of Theology (Sewanee, TN), and a doctorate (D. Min.) from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. Marc has been rector at Christ Church since January of 1992. He and his wife Alice, and their two sons, Jon and Matt, live with a number of animals (mainly dogs) at his home south of the parish.
The Rev. Joseph G. Gasbarre
Joe was born in Buffalo, NY, where he first heard the Gospel in his teenage years in the Pentecostal tradition. It was the combination of adults who loved him, and their love for Jesus, that drew him into the life of the church. As one deeply affected by intergenerational ministry, Joe has pursued various educational and ministry opportunities. He received his B.A. from Malone University where he met his wife Alyssa. He holds master’s degrees in Higher Education from Geneva College, and seminary training from Trinity School for Ministry. Joe was ordained a priest in the Anglican Diocese of Pittsburgh, and served at various parishes. He deeply cares for people to be formed and shaped by God’s inexhaustible grace through our liturgical life together. Among his many interests, Joe enjoys movies, coffee shops, anything comic book related, and most of all to be with his love Alyssa, and son Joey. Joe, Alyssa, and Joey are grateful and overjoyed to serve at Christ Church Anglican. It is a place to truly call home.

The Rev. Greg Malley
Greg was ordained a deacon in 1990 and combines his passion for good food and chosen career with his hospitality gift in God’s service. One of six children, Greg was raised in Pittsburgh and received his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University in 1971. After overseas service with the Peace Corps he became an executive chef and has worked in country clubs and corporate dining establishments for over 30 years. When not cooking, Greg enjoys reading, playing the guitar and rooting for the Steelers.
The Rev. Sally Lufburrow
Sally was born in Savannah where she and her husband met through the Episcopal Church. She attended Mary Baldwin College and graduated from the University of Georgia. Sally became ordained in 2000 with her passion and servant ministry being jail and prison ministry. Her other passion is being in God's Word and sharing it with others.
Sally has been married to Stephen for thirty years and they have a son Matthew and a daughter Mary. They love life on the water and enjoy being with friends and family.

The Rev. Steve Dantin
Steve was born in Columbia, MS, and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi. He was ordained a deacon in 2013. Steve is currently serving as the Executive Director of the Whitefield Foundation & Center. The Whitefield Foundation was incorporated in October 2013 for the purpose of “Transforming the Heart of the City One Life at a Time” in a small concentrated area (Thomas Square) through outcome based education programs and becoming a Resource Center to the Community. Rev. Kirk Duffy
Kirk is a native of Greenwich, Connecticut, who has lived in Savannah since 1983. Kirk's principal ministry is jail and prison ministry. In addition to serving in Kairos Prison Ministry, he teaches a weekly Bible class at the Chatham County Detention Center.
Kirk’s wife, Christina, is a Savannah native. After attending Bull Street Baptist Church for many years, she now attends and actively participates in, Christ Church. They spend their summers in the Portland (Maine) area. Email Kirk.
Mark K. Williams
Mark sees the church’s music ministry as an important tool for nurturing and building the Body of Christ as well as reaching out to the community of Savannah and beyond. He has served at Christ Church since 1998. As a church music composer, conductor, clinician, organist, and pastoral musician, Mark sees music-making not as an end in itself, but as a greater means to worshipping the Living God and to revealing His glory.
Mark received a bachelor of arts from the University of Houston where he studied the organ and choral conducting with both Rice University and University of Houston faculty. He received his Master of Arts in Church Music from Seattle Pacific University but feels as a Christian music educator, he must be a continual learner. Mark is married to Tina Zenker Williams who is a professional classical singer and fine voice educator.

Associate Parish Musician
Ms. Marshall came to Christ Church in the Fall of 2002. She received her organ study at Bryan College under Dr. J. James Greasby and was, for eight years, prinicpal organist at Trinity United Methodist Church in Knoxville, TN. Cindy has been an active organist, choral accompanist, and pianist in both Statesboro and Savannah, GA since the mid-1980's. Currently, she serves as an accompanist for the Georgia Southern University School of Music and has a private piano studio. Cindy is married to John Marshall and has three children.
Joan joined the staff of Christ Church in 2006 and has now served in parish administration for over 25 years. She has a degree in French from Penn State University and served as a Peace Corps English teacher in West Africa after marrying Greg in 1971. They have two daughters, Christina (married to Andrew), and Jessica. They have also been blessed with three grandchildren and love to spend time with them.
Parish Life Adminsitrator
Katie was born in Los Angles, where she grew up in the Presbyterian Church. She received her B.A. in Music Education from The Master’s College and an M.A. in Christian Education from Reformed Theological Seminary. Katie loves teaching, exploring the outdoors, music, and travel. She and her husband, Brent, and their two children, Walker and Lauren, live in midtown Savannah, where they play lots of board games.
Bryan received both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Armstrong State University and recently joined the staff at CCA to manage the new church facilities at 2020 Bull Street as well as the Whitefield Center at 106 East 37th Street.

After many years at home raising 4 boys, Becky joined the staff of Christ Church in the fall of 2005. She is responsible for the creation and publication of the weekly worship bulletin among other office duties. She has a BA from The University of Massachusetts in mass communications. Her background includes television production, newspaper layout and church communications. Becky and her husband Andy moved their family to Savannah in 1999 and quickly embraced Savannah as their hometown and the Christ Church family as their own.
